Telephone Chat
The first stage is a telephone chat so we can make sure that we’re right for each other. We’ll use this opportunity to explore what you’re looking for, the scale of the project, your budget expectations and your style preferences.

Showroom Visit
We’d love to welcome you to our showroom in Great Wyrley where we have a range of kitchens on display so you can get a feel for the quality of designs and workmanship on offer. This will also help you to visualise different kitchen doors, units, appliances and layout.
Every stage of our process is designed to make sure you get an end result you’re happy with. You’re investing your hard-earned cash, so it’s only right that we invest the appropriate amount of time in understanding exactly what you want and need. We’ll also make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for, with no surprises along the way.

Free home visit
Your free home visit is where your dream kitchen really starts to come to life. We’ll discuss your ideas further and take some initial measurements. We’ll bring brochures and samples to help you make any further design choices, such as sinks, splashbacks, kickboards, door handles and worktops. After a few calculations, we’ll be able to give you a guide price there and then.
4.
Dream kitchen secured
As soon as you’re happy, we’ll provide a written contract with a breakdown of all costs and a scope of work to be carried out. We’ll come back to take any final measurements, confirm materials and provide a 3D visual of your new kitchen design. A 50% deposit will secure your kitchen, with the remaining amount to be paid on completion. We’ll confirm start dates and time scales and get your dream kitchen underway.
